Following the success of the Down in the Shelters evening on 28th September 2024, LWTC brought back the magic of the 1940’s immersive period experience once more.
Reprising the evening on a smaller scale, the cast took the sing-a-long songs to Wylesfield Residential Home in Llandrindod Wells, which the residents thoroughly enjoyed.
With renditions of songs such as “We’ll meet again”, “Pack up your troubles”, and “White cliffs of Dover”, the residents joined in with the camaraderie and song, making it an enjoyable afternoon all round.
Llandrindod Wells care home residents have been treated to a journey back to the 1940’s thanks to a theatre group.
